KNX is a decentralized bus system, which has been established for many years and many manufacturers offer products with the bus system.
One of the best of bus systems KNX has been proven for decades, 100e manufacturers in all price categories rely on the international standard.
Due to the decentralized system, the parameter settings are parameterized directly in the sensors & actuators. Since there is no central control server, the system offers a very high degree of stability.
Nevertheless, among other things, visualization servers can be used, which are, however, exclusively available for the graphical display.
