How can I pay?

I am not satisfied with the purchase, can I revoke?

You basically have the right, within 14 days of the purchase to withdraw. However, we shall start executing your Package, your withdrawal right expires. Read more information about refund & withdrawal conditions.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel your Package until 14 days to the month end. Just write us a message. Already done payments will not be refunded!

How it goes on after my ask?

Depending on the Package further informations are required. We will contact you promptly.

What happens with my Hardware, after the termination of a Package?

After you have canceled a Package, you can use your Hardware as usual. However, you are on your own the responsible for updates.

Why should I upload updates when everything works fine?

Updates from the manufacturer includes in addition to new features and the close of identified vulnerabilities.

Can I also get updates other devices from Medialekt?

We can also update other devices such as Desktop or Notebook Computer for you. Just contact us!
